As our Junior Systems Administrator, you’ll bring your expertise and love of tech to wrangle IT requests, manage hardware projects, and troubleshoot the infrastructure that keeps us moving.
You’ll be the frontline of our tech support while helping us build a more robust, reliable environment.
Act as the bridge between end-users and senior support
Triage incoming IT requests to ensure efficient routing and resolution

1+ years of providing IT support experience or an AA/Technical Certificate in lieu of experience
