in a senior product leadership role (Group PM or Director), with experience managing teams of varying seniority — knowing when to provide close guidance and when to extend autonomy.

Proven experience building and scaling connector or integration products at leading SaaS/cloud companies or integration providers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Zapier, Fivetran, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Strong familiarity with cloud integration patterns, connector architectures, API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL), and event-driven and messaging patterns (webhooks, event streaming, CDC).

Deep knowledge of the SaaS/cloud ecosystem and common SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, ITSM).

Familiarity with one or more platform extension domains — RPA, EDI, MFT, or similar — is a plus.

This person owns the roadmap and vision for Workato's connectivity platform — spanning connectors to SaaS apps, cloud platforms, databases, and legacy and on-premises systems, as well as the platform extensions that expand their functional reach: Data Tables, Decision Models, EDI, RPA, and MFT — while staying closely engaged in execution, problem-solving, and process improvement alongside the team.

Leading and developing a team of PMs is central to the role, providing the structure and direction that allows both the team and the product area to scale.
