Manager, Engineering

The target salary range for this position is $250,000 - $275,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

This role will report to our Director, Engineering.

You will be leading our client-facing web and backend development team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented product and design team to drive the development of both client and internal-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner’s strategic mission

Continuously strive for quality while maintaining speed of delivery

Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices
