Requirements

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

CPA certification is mandatory.

Experience Base:

Minimum of

8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience

Responsibilities

Financial Operations Reporting, & Compliance

Financial Reporting Oversight:

Own and oversee all aspects of the General Ledger (GL) accounting and the comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Technical Accounting Authority:

Lead the technical accounting research function. Serve as the primary in-house expert and resource on complex and non-routine accounting matters (e.g., business combinations, equity, revenue recognition under ASC 606). Draft clear, well-supported accounting memos to document conclusions and establish formal accounting policies and procedures.
