Team Leadership & Daily Operations

Provide daily leadership and oversight to a team of Material Handlers, ensuring alignment with daily objectives, productivity standards, and safety protocols.

Ensure all materials required for production and/or sales orders are accurately picked, staged, verified, and delivered to the appropriate production or shipping areas at the start of each shift.

Proactively coordinate and ensure all ad hoc material requests throughout the shift are fulfilled in accordance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to avoid production downtime.

Support and lead activities related to year-end physical inventory audit, by maintaining impeccable cycle count and product receiving documentation records.

Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, organizing, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse area.
