Requirements
4-6 years of relevant work experience in packaging for footwear & accessories or product development
Proven expertise in packaging negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of industry suppliers
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
Experience with PLM is a plus.
Responsibilities
Source and develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand and product experience
Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure packaging reflects brand identity
Work closely with Legal and Product Integrity teams to ensure all packaging meets global regulatory standards
Successfully develop and approve packaging items within GTM calendar
Support seasonal readiness by developing and delivering accurate, compliant labeling solutions that align with product launch and cross‑functional milestones
Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify cost-effective, and sustainable solutions aligned with industry trends
