Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Growth Strategy
– Lead initiatives to expand youth flag football participation, driving engagement among key audiences, including players, parents, coaches, officials, and administrators.
Manage Strategic Partnerships
– Serve as the primary liaison for key partners on flag football, including RCX Sports, GENYOUth, other youth organizations, and federations, ensuring operational alignment and maximizing impact.
Lead strategy and drive collaboration across internal & external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and maximal impact.
