Card Shuffler - 3PM - 11PM Shift in Southfield, Michigan

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

High School Diploma / GED.

Must be 21 years of age or older

Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay Rate: $15 hourly + up to $4.00 hourly performance bonus

Vacation Days: 5 days

Sick Time: 5 days

As a Live Shuffler, you will be responsible for shuffling, sorting, and counting card games for all studio tables in a live streaming environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.

Attend live gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s guidelines.

Evaluate and keep track of the quality and visual look of the cards.

Properly check and shuffle gaming cards at the card counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs).
