Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industry
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of laws across the country as it pertains to liens.
Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
Be adaptable, curious and creatively solve problems in an evolving space, capable of managing complexity while maintaining a sense of balance

Responsibilities
Monitor outstanding requests to resolve trust balances while promoting a positive work environment.
Review case facts to determine what needs to be paid to resolve the trust balances.
Communicate to medical providers and various lien holders to negotiate balances.
Understand the law as it pertains to different liens.
Communicate with case staff on trust disbursement.
Give clear direction to accounting on disbursements.
