Highways Lead - Alberta

Strong understanding of Alberta highway design standards, specifications, procurement models (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Alternate), and construction practices.

Proven ability to manage large, complex, multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure projects.

Established client relationships within Alberta’s transportation sector and a successful track record supporting or leading business development efforts.

PMP designation is considered an asset.

Highway Lead – Alberta

This leadership role is focused on delivering complex highway and transportation infrastructure projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (TEC) and County clients across the province.

As a senior leader within our Transportation group, you will oversee major highway projects from design through construction while playing a key role in business development, client relationship management, and team mentorship.

You will help shape the strategic direction of our highways practice in Edmonton/Calgary and contribute to expanding CIMA+’s presence across Alberta and Western Canada.

Provide hands-on senior project management leadership across the full project lifecycle, including preliminary design, detailed design, tendering, construction administration, and closeout for major highway projects.
