Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to work on our firm’s representation of a large international logistics services provider.
This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and be at the forefront of litigating emerging legal issues, with talented colleagues throughout the country, and provide sound counsel to our clients.
Proactively manage a litigation caseload, helping oversee cases from beginning to end
Conduct legal research.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
