Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant training related to document control

Master’s degree and/or PMP certification, an asset

Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control, including team management experience, in engineering and project management while driving and sustaining transformational change

Experience in business analysis including needs assessment, recommendations, and client support in paperless environments

Uptodate with the latest technologies in both document control and project management and ability to analyze new technologies in collaboration with IT

Proficiency in handling data and using various software tools including collaborative platforms related to the BIM process and/or digital delivery
