Requirements
1 to 3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
Knowledge of media ecosystem, broadcast, and digital advertising solutions.
Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.

Responsibilities
Provide support to assigned Account Executives and advertiser list for post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
TV Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, WOT Order Entry, Pre-Empts/Make Goods, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Assist with Traffic Instruction submission, Assist with Production Requests, WOMS Post Delivery Reporting.
Digital Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, Materials collection from client, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Order Entry to Fulfillment Team for campaign implementation, Digital Creative Production submission, Avail Requests for Premion and AMP, Google Analytics and Attribution Reporting, recap requests and customization as needed
Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation of special projects and promotions.
Works in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.

Account Manager
supports Account Executives’ sales efforts by taking ownership of fulfillment in such a way that the AE can play their role of being client-facing, creating opportunities and closing revenue. The AM manages the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions. The Account Manager influences and drives sales by providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital campaigns, aiming at retaining clients and growing business.
