Senior Technical Program Manager II - Cloud Trust & Security

7+ years of experience managing complex software and infrastructure programs, with at least 5 years in security or compliance-focused technical program management.

Proven ability to deliver secure, compliant cloud solutions aligned with frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or DoD SRG.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and regulatory oversight.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting Axon Cloud Security, you’ll drive the execution of Axon’s most critical security compliance programs, including GovRAMP, CJIS and related government certification and regulatory efforts.

You will partner closely with Cloud Engineering, Product Security, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable solutions that meet stringent market standards.

In this role, you will serve as the execution lead for security compliance initiatives—driving clarity amid ambiguity, building and managing complex project plans, coordinating cross-functional engineering efforts, and ensuring audit readiness.

You will help scale Axon’s secure cloud infrastructure while maintaining a culture of operational excellence, trust, and continuous improvement.
