Programs & Events Operations Manager at Harvard Hillel

The Programs & Events Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of Harvard Hillel's Student Life team.

Working closely with the Director of Student Life and program staff, this role ensures that Harvard Hillel's programs and events are thoughtfully planned, financially managed, and executed with excellence.

By coordinating logistics, vendors, budgets, facilities, hospitality, and administrative systems, this role enables program staff to spend more time building relationships with students and creating meaningful Jewish experiences.

Program & Event Operations

Coordinate logistics for student programs, Shabbat and holiday experiences, retreats, leadership initiatives, classes, and community events.

Manage room reservations, registrations, catering, vendors, event timelines, supplies, signage, and purchasing.

Harvard Hillel is home to more than 500 Jewish undergraduates and 1,800 Jewish graduate students.
