Responsibilities
The Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Associate Manger of Policies and Procedures is responsible for the governance, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of all ESH documentation and communications.
This role serves as the primary owner of ESH policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, and related management system documentation, ensuring content is technically accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
This individual partners closely with ESH subject matter experts, Communications, Operations, Legal, People Team, and other stakeholders to oversee new and revised documentation, manage review and approval workflows, and ensure periodic reviews are completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead technical writing efforts for new and revised EHS policies and procedures.
Communications & Change Management
Partner with Corporate Communications to develop communication and rollout strategies for new or updated ESH programs and documentation.
