Requirements

3+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry

Familiarity with end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes and lifecycles, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal detection, validation, and management

Technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology

Experience in pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or other related customer-facing roles

Experience in pharmacovigilance groups within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations

End-user and/or Administrator experience with Veeva products, Vault Safety, or other related Safety software

Base pay: $80,000 - $160,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.

Responsibilities

Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that show how Vault Safety streamlines end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes

Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations that highlight the tangible benefits and the value of the Vault Safety platform

Using your industry and technical knowledge you’ll identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for our customers

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders

Work closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
