Required Qualifications

Currently  pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.

Currently working towards the successful completion of accounting and finance courses prior to the start of your internship.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Interest in the Finance, Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation, or related fields.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

As an Intern on the Economic Damages & Valuations Team, your responsibilities will extend beyond those of traditional interns. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of accounting and finance concepts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

In this role, you will support a wide range of litigation-focused engagements, including economic damages assessments, business valuation analyses, and forensic accounting. Typical assignments may involve commercial damages, business interruption claims, fraud investigations, partnership and trust disputes, family law matters, shareholder disputes, and other specialized projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive analysis of financial statements, tax returns, and transactional data to develop financial models and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Conduct in‑depth company, industry, and product research.

Input financial statement, tax return, and transactional data.
