Customer Experience Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or graduate degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in a design management, project management, and/or product management role.

Experience in Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Figma

Knowledge of Slack

Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs.

Review all incoming Jira tickets via the project management platform, and work with stakeholders to ensure tickets are clear and have all the applicable information for the team to get started.

Setting up meetings for the team for brief kick offs, alignment, continuing initiatives, and documenting meeting notes for distribution post-meeting via Confluence.

Follow up on stakeholder requests and idle projects and try to alleviate blockers.

Encourage stakeholder engagement on [slack conversations].

Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
