Requirements
Proven experience in maintenance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure
Plan and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment inspections, to minimize production interruptions and downtime.
Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance tasks and ensure minimal impact on production schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to
issues, defects, or potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or coordinate repairs with external vendors to restore functionality
