Requirements
5 to 12+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE).
5 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in ATE test development for analog, digital and mixed signal, with a strong focus on analog power management IC(PMIC) testing.
Experience in programming such as C++, basic, Perl, python, etc.
Experience in testing and collecting data on IC chips or circuits using standard tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.
Proficient with ATE analog digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and strong debug/troubleshooting experience
Hands-on experience in debugging analog products with serial bus interfaces

Responsibilities
As a Staff Test Engineer, you will be responsible to apply a broad level of expertise and knowledge in test discipline, leading and contributing to the development of the company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
In the more senior role in this range, you will be expected to create formal networks involving coordination among groups, focusing on providing thought leadership while working on projects that affect the broader organization, and will require an understanding of the larger business.
In this role you will be expected and acknowledged as a subject matter expert and may direct the activities of others as a technical lead.
You will endeavor to identify enablement or readiness gaps and close them.
Senior people will provide technical support as needed to their peers, and more junior members will request support as required to stay on track.
