Requirements
2-year degree in Machine Tool Technology and 1-3 years on the job experience with stamping dies where the following skills have been demonstrated (self-motivation, good initiative; perform pushing and pulling up to 175 lbs., tugging, lifting & carrying up to 75 lbs.; posses fine motor skills for handling delicate components; work with hands; perform visual inspection; verbal/written communication on a regular basis); must have a positive attitude; be willing to learn & work at a fast pace.

Troubleshoot and debug progressive dies including machine operation. Check production die condition and terminal quality while supporting production.
Die Disassembly and assembly following applicable work instruction and blueprints.

Perform overhauls (die preventive maintenance) per training guidelines.
