Wealthsimple Operations Associates own and scale processes intelligently, with analytics, grit, and grace.

Join the Operations team, and work directly with our Senior Manager and Team Lead, Securities Lending Operations, Trading Desk, and other Operations Associates to execute on daily securities lending processes
Assist in maintaining positioning by processing returns from counterparties and supporting the loan recall process
Work to ensure timely loan and return settlement, and resolve related issues
Team
Operations is the team that makes everything run. We own the systems, processes, and day-to-day execution that keep Wealthsimple functioning at scale — across trading, client support, compliance, and beyond. Within Operations, the Securities Lending Operations team works directly with the Trading Desk and other Operations Associates to manage daily lending activity, settlement, and counterparty relationships. We're a high-ownership team that works closely with Product, Finance, and the business to close gaps, reduce friction, and build for scale.
