Requirements
Completion and renewal (every 5 years) of the Advanced Food Handler's Certification.
Ability to prepare and mix basic recipes and knowledge of food service equipment use and maintenance.
Physical capability to meet food production targets and timelines.
Previous experience in food handling, preferably in a commercial food operation, especially healthcare.
Familiarity with therapeutic diets and typical Canadian foods (preparation and content).
