Responsibilities
Perform molecular biology related techniques to support production workflows.
Ensure that the guaranteed work complies with the relevant experimental operation requirements of the company and department.
Implement quality and safety requirements of company and department; For laboratory environment and key operating equipment, maintenance can be carried out according to the requirements, to ensure that the working environment and equipment status meet the requirements
Feedback: Have their own thinking and summary of past work content and methods, and the summarized experience/methods should be practiced and copied, which can effectively guide others to work or significantly improve production efficiency or reduce production costs.
Execute the experimental plan to achieve project objectives.
