Previous experience in security or access control is preferred.

Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, clean-cut appearance.

Manage the site guard shack to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.

Verify the identity and credentials of all workers, contractors, and visitors to ensure they have the proper authorization to be on-site.

Conduct regular foot patrols around the perimeter and interior of the construction site to ensure all areas remain secure.

Proactively identify and deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
