Responsibilities
Conduct detailed failure analysis on Broadcast electronic products.
Execute test plans and procedures to replicate and diagnose customer return issues
Repair and refurbish products to ensure they meet quality standards before being returned to customers
Collaborate with design teams to provide insights for design improvements.
Prepare comprehensive failure analysis reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and customers as required
Assist quality assurance and production teams in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of customer return issues
