Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $5.67 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Reports to: Store Manager

Supervisory Responsibility:

Pawnbrokers or Sales & Loan Associates, in absence of Store Manager

Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store, promotes a positive and productive environment. The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, and recruit and retain top talent. This role partners with the Store Manager to maximize financial goals and manage Customer Relations and Customer Satisfaction.\u00A0

Leading by example and promoting our company values the Assistant Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment. Alongside the Store Manager, analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met and makes\u00A0adjustments as necessary. Commits to company asset protection through inventory control, following policies and procedures\u00A0

and securing customer\u2019s loans. With the use of internal and external marketing tools promotes store and targets new customer acquisition.
