Responsibilities

Human Interest, the Retirement Industry Disruptor, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Development Representative (PDR) to join our dynamic team based out of our beautiful office in Lindon, Utah.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting into existing, aged partnerships and generating net new relationships across a variety of proven segments, including Payroll, Benefits Brokers, CPAs, and Accountants.

Your primary focus will be booking quality meetings at scale with key stakeholders to fuel our tremendous growth and set up your counterparts in the field—Partner Account Managers (PAMs)—for success.

Proactively conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to existing, aged partnerships and new prospects to drive engagement and schedule meetings for field Partner Account Managers.

Partner closely with assigned Partner Account Managers to develop and execute comprehensive territory growth plans, identifying and cultivating deep alignment within key partner channels (Payroll, Benefits Brokers, CPAs, and Accountants).

Design and execute targeted prospecting and nurturing campaigns using Outreach and Salesforce to maximize conversion.
