Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is below. A higher base salary may be available depending upon experience and qualifications.
Engineer I role is from $73,280 - $82,440.
Engineer II role is from $88,000 - $99,000.
Engineer III role is from $107,440 - $120,870, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of the base salary.
Engineer IV role is from $122,320 - $137,610, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of the base salary.

Responsibilities
Manages cost savings opportunities. Includes, but is not limited to, coating replacement, coating usage optimization, and equipment usage or replacement.
Manages key technical and strategic projects. Includes but is not limited to quality improvement, regulatory, rationalization, strategic supply, and customer requests.
Provides ‘Maintenance of Business’ operational support for the ongoing use of commercial materials. This includes customer complaints, operational challenges, internal quality assurance. This may occur as an individual contributor or as part of a multi-functional team.
Understands container specification requirements and utilizes this knowledge to assist with sales requests, plant substitutions, engineering projects, and R&D projects.
