In this role, you will work on strategic and operational tasks, managing cross-departmental projects, and gaining insight into program design, innovation, business development, field operations, and internal systems.

This role is designed for a driven, adaptable generalist who thrives in ambiguity, picks up context quickly, and wants to build a broad foundation across One Acre Fund's operations before growing into a long-term fixed role.

Cross-Department Project Management

Lead high-priority projects that span multiple teams — from designing new farmer-facing systems to restructuring internal operations.

Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive.
