Requirements
8–12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, with deep expertise in multi-channel campaign strategy and execution
Proven success driving measurable acquisition, enrollment, or engagement outcomes
Strong client-facing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for managing or advising clients (e.g., agency, consulting, or client-facing internal roles)

Responsibilities
We’re seeking a Director of Enrollment and Engagement Marketing to lead strategy and performance across Solera’s health plan and employer client portfolio. This role is responsible for driving measurable enrollment into chronic condition and wellness programs through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.
Solera is experiencing rapid growth, expanding both our client base and the scale of our existing partnerships. This role will be critical in helping scale our engagement strategy, evolve our marketing approach, and deliver measurable impact across a growing and increasingly complex client portfolio.
You’ll operate at the intersection of
consumer marketing, client partnership, and analytics
—owning end-to-end engagement strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a
