Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Business Development provides enterprise-level leadership for developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and return on investment across the company’s real estate portfolio and physical facilities. This role has ownership of facility revenue P&L, long-range planning, and portfolio optimization, leveraging advanced financial analysis, market insights, and cross‑functional partnerships. The Sr. Director serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, aligning real estate and facility revenue initiatives with broader business objectives and growth strategies inclusive of M&A activities. The role also leads and develops senior leaders and teams to ensure disciplined execution and sustained performance.

Essential Functions

1. Develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue generation for the retail organization’s physical locations and facilities.

2. Lead Facility Revenue P&L including budgeting and forecasting activities on an annual and monthly basis.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (loyalty, sales, operations, etc.) to develop initiatives that optimize guest experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

4. Lead Real Estate and Facility Revenue team's development and activities, ensuring teams are well coordinated, managed and are aligned with the enterprise priorities and strategies.
