Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $210,000.00 - $255,000.00

serves as the senior on-site Administration leader for Scout Motors’ South Carolina production facility and is responsible for the performance, integration, and execution of key Administration functions supporting manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Vice President, Administration, this role provides a single point of accountability for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security & Fire Protection, and Workplace Services at the site.
The position ensures these functions operate cohesively, support production objectives, maintain compliance with applicable requirements, and deliver a safe, secure, and productive environment for employees and visitors.
This leader is responsible for translating Scout Motors’ enterprise Administration strategies, standards, and objectives into effective plant-level execution while balancing the operational needs of a complex manufacturing environment.
The Senior Director plays a critical role in supporting production readiness, operational continuity, organizational growth, and long-term site success.
