A Buyer Lead is responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing goods and services. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills and serves as the primary resource for all process and production-related questions, both internally and externally. While the position provides guidance and support to other Supply Chain team members, it does not carry formal management responsibilities. The Buyer Lead is expected to help foster a positive, collaborative, and encouraging team environment.
