Strong command of compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, Culpepper).
Experience partnering crossfunctionally with TA, People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
Prior experience supporting multiple countries and navigating diverse regulatory environments.
Experience managing vendors and external partners preferred.
Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
Lead preparation and delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including merit, promotion, market adjustments, and performance bonus administration.
Oversee global market benchmarking using compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Culpepper) and recommend adjustments to salary ranges and job architecture.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to set salary range positions, advise on offer strategies, and ensure internal equity.
Own and maintain global salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and regulatory requirements.
Develop compensation dashboards, insights, and executive-ready recommendations.
Manage governance and compliance for all global compensation practices.
