Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience and training.
2-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or relevant testing role.
Proficient in writing test cases, executing tests, and logging bugs
Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, playwright, Postman, etc.
Experience with testing API’s, web applications, and/or mobile applications.
Experience with using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, etc.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance II has a solid foundation in software testing and a strong drive for quality. As a mid-level QA professional, they play a key role in planning, designing, and executing manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and stability of our public safety applications. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality across the software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans based on product requirements and user stories
Evaluate that test case acceptance criteria have been met.
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and other Agile ceremonies
