Director Clinical Operations - Orthopedics (North & Central Region)

5 years Progressive leadership roles with health system experience required.

Knowledge of operations and resource management required.

Knowledge of physician practice activities required, primarily in the areas of physician billing/reimbursement and practice management.

Knowledge of third-party reimbursement/regulations, practice operations, automated systems and strategic planning.

Ability to achieve results in a complex medical center environment

Ability to use a variety of software programs i.e., EPIC, MS, etc
