Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.

Must be able to follow written and oral instruction.

Must regard safety as a core value; must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.

Must have strong service and quality focus with strong attention to detail; address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate/educate the team in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

The Shipping Associate plays a crucial role in our production process by ensuring accurate and efficient rolls, packaging, and labeling of the finished product according to customer specifications and Avery Dennison standards. In this role, you will work

2nd Shift, 2PM-10PM.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

Move material to/from raw, WIP, Finishing, Receiving, and Manufacturing areas and accurately record production data and movement of materials in the Inventory Management System.

Pick up and transfer material racks, pallets, and other consumable supplies to/from production areas as required.
