Automotive Inspection Manager

Minimum 5–7 years of automotive experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

Strong understanding of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive quality standards

Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and operational performance

Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

This role focuses on overseeing vehicle inspections, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians to ensure vehicles are retail-ready and completed efficiently.

Manage a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians while promoting accountability, performance, and productivity
