Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred, with at least 5-7 years relevant experience
Proficiency with quantitative and qualitative data management and analysis software (e.g., Excel, RedCap and AtlasTI)
At least two years of working on multiple research studies simultaneously is preferred
Must have excellent organizational and task management skills, preferably with training in program management, to ensure study activities are completed on time and in accordance with Institutional Review Board and funder requirements.
Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to managing study personnel and to disseminating research findings.
Responsibilities
Submitting IRB applications for future projects and maintaining compliance with IRB protocols for ongoing projects.
Design systems for data collection/integration and participant tracking, and ensure they are implemented by research assistants.
Support the PI in data analysis and report generation.
Convene meetings with internal and external project team members.
