Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and enjoys turning complex, real-world problems into simple, scalable solutions.
You’ll work across Ubiquiti’s expanding ecosystem—including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cameras, and access control—partnering with enterprise customers, MSPs, and internal teams to design architectures and influence product direction.
This is not a traditional, script-driven sales engineering role. You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy, challenge assumptions, and contribute to how UniFi evolves—not just how it’s sold.
Own problem discovery and design scalable solutions across networking and physical security, even when requirements are unclear
Create presentations, demos, and training content that translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives
