Bay Area: $281,010.00 - $363,660.00.
Other US Locations: $255,425.00 - $330,550.00.
Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. communications and advocacy about Gilead’s HIV Prevention portfolio and pipeline.
Set a vision and priorities for the team, provide direction as well as hands-on support as needed, and ensure team members have development opportunities and continue to grow in their careers at Gilead
Engage with leaders in U.S.
commercial, Medical Affairs and Government Affairs to help drive cross-functional strategy and tactical plans that assert Gilead’s longstanding leadership in and commitment to HIV Prevention
Integrate information from across the organization to ensure comprehensive “one PA” approach in HIV Prevention can be communicated across external and internal audiences in a compelling and consistent way
Lead cross-functional efforts to horizon scan and proactively address emerging issues, with an important focus on the policy / political environment
