Responsibilities
Account Expansion: Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging Kaseya’s full suite of products to drive revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning their needs with Kaseya’s solutions.
Strategic Sales Execution: Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to identify new opportunities and overcome potential challenges.
Manage Adoption Metrics: Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing adoption challenges and following established sales processes to drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies.
Revenue Growth: Take ownership of your sales targets, consistently exceeding quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients.
Actively contribute to both short-term and long-term revenue generation strategies.
