Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of experience in automotive engineering/ production/ organizational development and/or quality management; OEM experience preferred
We are looking for a process minded, dynamic, strategic thinker to partner with Scout team across the board to drive impact on a strong and efficient QMS.
Certified on ISO 9001:2015, sound knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6 requirements
Proven experience in implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949; green field preferred
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Align with Quality Management System Department and with the Launch Team to ensure standards and procedures
Define a roadmap for ISO 9001:2015 (and if necessary other required norms) Quality System Certification and prepare the Logistics Department for the 1st Certification.
Ensure the implementation of the regulatory requirements for the QMS within the Logistics Department
Establish internal process audits in coordination with the logistics sub-departments. Ensure open topics are followed up and countermeasures,
Ensure internal Training and Qualification on VDA and ISO (or other necessary norms) when required,
