Senior Service Boiler Technician

8-10 years of commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience

Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset

Comfortable with customer-facing service, sales experience is an asset

Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems.

Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)

Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components

Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping

Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations

Support technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty calls
