Multi-skilled experience administering and configuring Siemens NX with advanced troubleshooting capability across CAD, CAM, and CAE environments.

Experience configuring NX templates, customization files, role-based settings, and standardized environments for multi-user deployments.

Experience creating and maintaining part families, product configurators, and reusable component libraries.

Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD/PLM technical documentation.

7+ years' experience working in a CAD administration or NX configuration role in an engineering or production environment.

Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the Siemens NX CAD environment that powers our engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will lead the configuration, standardization, and continuous improvement of our NX and PLM ecosystem, ensuring that designers and engineers have reliable, performant, and standardized tools to rapidly innovate.

Your expertise will directly contribute to our ability to design, iterate, and deliver cutting-edge defense solutions at speed and scale.

Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment, including templates, customization files, role-based configurations, and default settings across the organization.

Administer and support NX installations, license servers, and integration with Teamcenter PLM; manage version upgrades, patches, and deployments to minimize disruption to engineering workflows.

Configure and maintain standardized part families, product configurators, drawing templates, and reusable component libraries to enforce design consistency and best practices.
