Requirements

8+ years of experience in analytics, performance, or measurement with a strong focus on creative effectiveness.

Proven experience analyzing creative performance across multiple channels and platforms, including digital, social, and emerging media.

Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, compelling creative recommendations.

Strong understanding of how creative drives business outcomes, not just engagement metrics.

Prior experience building or scaling teams strongly preferred.

Deep familiarity with creative testing, experimentation, brand lift, MMM, and/or attribution approaches as they relate to creative.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global creative performance and analytics measurement strategy across all channels and platforms.

Establish best-in-class frameworks for evaluating creative effectiveness across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration to conversion and long-term brand impact.

Elevate deep creative diagnostics that connect creative choices to sales performance, brand lift, and cultural relevance and translate these insights to creative teams to action.

Pre-Launch Creative Intelligence

Partner closely with Consumer Insights & Strategy teams to inform creative development before launch.

Help creative teams understand what will resonate with consumers and culture before creative goes live.

The Director of Creative Performance & Analytics is a global leadership role responsible for elevating how creative effectiveness is measured, understood, and optimized across the full funnel. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and culture—partnering closely with Creative, Consumer Insights (CI), Media & Analytics, Marketing/IMC, and Social teams to ensure creative work drives both brand relevance and commercial impact.

This leader will report into the SVP, Creative Services and build and scale a Creative Performance and Analytics function from the ground up, developing new frameworks, tools, and ways of working that go far beyond standard metrics like CTR and view rates. The goal: generate actionable creative insights that directly inform ideation, execution, and evolution of creative work, pre-launch and in-market, across global markets.
