Requirements
Conduct quality assurance on IT initiatives as related to of WFG Operations systems (Coding, Licensing, Points) projects and tickets.
Write IT requests providing detailed information regarding the business need and any impacts the project will have to the business i.e.
financial or customer service.
Monitor WFG Operations (Coding, Licensing, Points) webpages and ensure that they are updated with any changes to policies or to reflect process updates.
Submit updates for WFG Operations (Coding, Licensing, Points) forms to be reviewed, updated, and posted appropriately.
Up to two years of experience with analysis and using data management tools

Responsibilities
Serves as department subject matter expert for WFG Operations systems.
(Coding, Licensing, Points) Conducts in-depth system testing and works with IT on defining requirements for implementation and improvement initiatives.
Provides system training to employees.
Support WFG Operations areas with data needs by creating queries and reports to meet the requirements provided.
