High School Apprentice - Machine Operator
Requirements
Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals.
Fundamental computer literacy and clear written communication skills.
Familiarity with hand tools and a willingness to learn and apply technical processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a hands-on work environment.

Responsibilities
Operate various fabrication machines such as punch presses, shears, and press brakes with precision and safety.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings to ensure accurate production and adherence to specifications.
Set up tooling and perform routine machine maintenance while understanding machine capacity and operation.
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in all assigned tasks, including accurate data entry into computer-based systems.
Safely handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (for individuals 18 years of age or older), supporting efficient workflow and production.
